At BuySwipe, we carefully inspect every product before dispatch.
We currently accept replacement or return requests only in the following situations:
You received a damaged product.
You received the wrong product.
A product is missing from your order.
The product is defective or not functioning on arrival.
To help us verify the issue, please:
Record a clear unboxing video from before opening the sealed package until the product is fully unpacked.
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, photos, and the video if available.
Please note:
Claims for transit damage, missing items, or wrong products are much easier to verify with an unboxing video, and we may request it as evidence during the review.
Returns or replacements are generally not accepted for change of mind, incorrect ordering, or normal wear and tear.
Products must be unused and returned with all original packaging and accessories where applicable.
Once your request is approved, we will arrange a replacement or other appropriate resolution.
